No jackpot winning ticket sold. Wednesday's Powerball jackpot rises to $30,000,000

With no winner in the latest draw, the Powerball lottery jackpot is going to be worth $30,000,000 (lump-sum cash payout $$13.9 million) the next time the multistate lottery is played on Wednesday. The amount carried over since no one matched all 5 white ball numbers and the Powerball number to win the $20,000,000 grand prize Monday night. The winning numbers from Monday, March 31st, 2025 drawing were 12, 41, 44, 52, 64 and Powerball number was 25. There was no jackpot winning ticket sold in the past 31 draws since Monday, January 20th, 2025. A single lucky winner from OR won the 331,000,000 top prize in Saturday, January 18th, 2025 drawing.
While there was no jackpot winner Monday evening, Powerball did produce some big winners. 8 3rd prize winning tickets were sold nationwide. These included 6 tickets that matched four white ball numbers plus the Powerball and won $10,000.
Other winners Monday night included 96 tickets that matched 4 white ball numbers and won $100. 38 additional players not just matched 4 white ball, but also chose the Power Play option, double the prizes to a total win of $200 each! 254 tickets matched three of the five lotto numbers, as well as the Powerball number. These tickets are also each worth $100. There were 103 tickets matched 3+1 with Power Play option, doubled the prizes to win a total win of $200 each.
With nine prize levels, there were 250,542 tickets across the nation won $0 prizes in the Monday, March 31st, 2025 drawing.
Powerball game is played in 42 states, D.C. and the US Virgin Islands. Powerball drawings are held every Wednesday and Saturday night at 10:59 PM Eastern Time. To play Powerball, select 5 numbers from 1 to 59 then choose a Powerball number from a set of 35. Each play costs $2. Players can choose to pay 1 extra dollar to buy the Power Play option, which multiplies the original prizes but not grand prize. The minimum Powerball grand prize starts at 40 million dollar. The annuity option is paid in 30 graduated installments. Winners can select one lump-sum cash payout option instead.
