No one won the jackpot. Powerball jackpot goes to $163,000,000 Monday night

With no winner in the last draw, the Powerball jackpot will be worth a projected $163,000,000 (cash option $$73.9 million) the next time the multistate lottery is played on Monday. The amount carried over since no one matched all six numbers to win the $145,000,000 grand prize Saturday night. The winning numbers from Saturday, December 28th, 2024 drawing were 06-31-51-54-55 with Power Ball number 12. There was no jackpot winning ticket sold in the past nine draws since Monday, December 9th, 2024. A single lucky player from NY walked away with 260,000,000 top prize in Saturday, December 7th, 2024 drawing.
While the grand prize was not awarded Saturday evening, Powerball had some big winners. 18 third prize winning tickets were sold across the U.S.. There were 0 tickets matched 4+1 with Power Play option, multiplying the prizes by 4 for a total win of $40,000 each!
Other winners Saturday night included 384 tickets that matched four white ball numbers and won $100. 122 additional players not only matched 4 white ball, but in addition bought the Power Play option, double the winnings to a total win of $200 each! Other prizes won Saturday evening included 981 tickets that matched 3 white numbers plus the Powerball and won $100. 302 additional tickets at this prize level were also purchased with the Power Play option that doubled winnings to $200 cash.
With nine prize levels, there were a total of 825,479 tickets nationwide won a total of $0 prizes in the Saturday, December 28th, 2024 drawing.
