A person in KY has become really rich. One of the tickets sold in the state for Saturday night's Massachusetts Powerball lottery correctly matched all six winning numbers drawn. The player matching all five winning numbers and also the Powerball won the $168,000,000 jackpot. The numbers from Saturday, April 26th, 2025 drawing were 01, 12, 14, 18, 69 and Powerball was 02. The winning ticket holder will have the option of annuity payments for the entire prize amount of $168,000,000, or the cash option of $77.1 million before taxes. The grand prize winner is encouraged to sign the ticket, put it in a secure place and contact lottery officials as soon as possible. Jackpot winner has the opportunity to select the cash value of the jackpot while claimng the prizes. If the winner doesn't make choice, the payment option will revert to annuity by default.
Together with the grand prize awarded on Saturday, Powerball produced more pleased winners walked away with large winnings.
