Tuesday's Mega Millions jackpot leaps to $36,000,000; One second prize ticket sold

With no winner in the latest drawing, the Mega Millions lottery grand prize is going to be worth a projected $36,000,000 (cash value $$17.1 million) the next time the multistate lottery is played on Tuesday. The amount carried over since nobody matched all six winning numbers to win the $20,000,000 grand prize Friday night. The winning numbers from Friday, March 29th, 2024 drawing were 11, 30, 33, 38, 60 with Mega Ball 16 and Megaplier X4.

Even though the jackpot was not hit Friday evening, Mega Millions did produce some big winners. There was a single lucky ticket matched all 5 lotto numbers but missed Mega Ball number, which won the 2nd prize. The one lucky ticket(s) bought in CA, each won one quarter million dollar cash by matching all 5 white ball numbers.

Other prizes won Friday evening included 14 tickets that matched 4 white numbers plus the Mega Ball and won $10,000. Other prizes won Friday night included 248 tickets that matched four white numbers and won $150. There were 691 tickets that matched three white ball numbers plus the Mega Ball and also won $150.

With 9 different prize levels, there were 1,095,852 winning tickets sold across U.S. in the Friday, March 29th, 2024 drawing.
