Saturday's Powerball jackpot goes to $76 million; Three players won the second prize

The Powerball game jackpot increased since nobody hit all 5 white ball numbers and the Powerball number from Wednesday night's $62 million drawing. The next grand prize jumped to $76 million for Saturday night's drawing. The lump-sum cash payout stands at an estimated $53 million. The winning numbers from Wednesday, January 19th, 2022 drawing were 11-15-43-55-61 and Powerball was 10.
Though the grand prize was not hit Wednesday evening, Powerball did produce some big winners. There were three tickets that matched all five numbers and won the second prize. The two ticket(s) in Connecticut(1) and Pennsylvania(1) matched all five lotto numbers with the Power Play for an incredible 2 million dollar cash win! This is part of the Powerball feature that guarantees a certain multiplier on all match 5 white ball winners that also have the Power Play option doubling the second prize to $2 million cash. One other lucky ticket(s) bought in California, each won $1,000,000 cash by matching all 5 white ball numbers!
In addition, 7 tickets matched 4 of the 5 lotto numbers, as well as the Powerball number. Those tickets are each worth $10,000. 4 additional players not only matched 4+1, but in addition bought the Power Play option, multiplying the prizes by 4 for a total win of $40,000 each!
