Monday's Powerball jackpot rises to $93,000,000; 1 player matched the first five numbers

Without a big winner in the latest drawing, the Powerball multistate lottery game has carried over the jackpot to $93,000,000 for Monday night's drawing. The lump-sum cash payout stands at an estimated $$42.3 million. Nobody hit all 5 white ball numbers and the Powerball number to win the $82,000,000 grand prize Saturday. The next Powerball drawing will be at 10:59 PM Monday night. The winning numbers from Saturday night, May 10th, 2025 were 05-20-28-39-42 with Power Ball number 13.
While the grand prize was not hit Saturday evening, some people still walked away with big money. There was a single lucky player that correctly matched the first five numbers and won the 2nd prize. The 1 lucky ticket(s) sold in WV, each won 1 million dollar cash by matching all 5 white ball numbers.
Also, 6 tickets matched four of the five lotto numbers, plus the Powerball number. Those tickets are each worth $10,000. There were 4 tickets matched 4+1 with Power Play option, multiplying the prizes by 4 for a total win of $40,000 each! Powerball game can be played in 42 states, D.C. and the US Virgin Islands. Powerball drawings occur 2 times a week every Wednesday and Saturday at 10:59 PM Eastern Time.
